 **THIS POSTION REQUIRES FRANCHISED DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE**

 We are seeking a detail‑oriented Workshop Quality Controller for a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This role ensures all vehicles meet required quality and safety standards before customer handover. Key responsibilities include performing final inspections, identifying defects or incomplete work, verifying job card accuracy, enforcing health and safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement of workshop quality systems.

 

Job Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repairs and servicing (Technical Trade advantageous)
Proven experience in a franchised dealership
Matric
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
Valid driver's licence
Good communication and teamwork skills
