Workshop Manager – Vehicle Service and Repairs

***THIS POSITION REQUIRES WORKSHOP MANAGER OR SERVICE MANAGER EXPERIENCE***

A well-established and reputable automotive service provider, known for delivering top-quality car servicing and repairs across South Africa, is looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead and elevate their operations.

If you’re a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, this is your opportunity to take charge of a high-performing workshop.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or Service Manager in the automotive industry

Strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Strong administrative and problem-solving abilities

A stable and gapless work history

Relevant technical qualifications (advantageous)

A valid Drivers License
