This huge motor group is shifting into high gear, building an epic Workshop, and they’re looking for a skilled Workshop Administrator. This role isn’t about glamour; it’s about precision, pace, and quiet reliability. You’ll be handling core administrative support, assisting with warranty and costing, coordinating bookings and workflow, updating systems and OEM portals, managing daily cash-ups, processing invoices, reconciling job cards, supporting customer service, keeping the Workshop organised, and taking on any miscellaneous tasks the team needs. To apply for this role, you’ll need hands-on Workshop experience within a franchised motor dealership, solid knowledge of Keyloop or IAL, and a sharp eye for detail, be process-focused, stay calm under pressure, and be able to juggle multiple tasks without letting a single document slip through the cracks.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Must have at least 2 years of hands-on Workshop experience within a franchised motor dealership (Multibrand preferred)
Working knowledge of Keyloop or IAL
Good communication and admin skills
Fully Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Good organisational and time management skills
Reliable transport
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references
