Our client, an extremely busy multibrand dealership, is looking for a Workshop Administrator who can stay organised even when things get hectic and has the confidence to hold their own in a fast-paced workshop. To apply for this role, you’ll need at least 2 years of experience in a motor dealership admin position and a solid working knowledge of Keyloop, Kerridge, or a similar DMS. We’re looking for someone who can follow instructions but also knows when to take initiative, someone reliable, efficient, and ready to keep things running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include answering calls, managing petty cash, assisting with bookings, handling accounts and invoices, and taking care of any general admin tasks the workshop may need. Job Requirements
Matric Certificate.
A valid Drivers License.
2+ years of Admin experience in a franchised motor dealership. (Multibrand preferred)
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Experience working with Keyloop or similar DMS
Excellent admin and multitasking skills
Experience handling petty cash and accounts
A stable and continuous work history
