***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***

 

A high-performing motor dealership in the heart of Cape Town is experiencing exceptional growth and is expanding its sales team. With vehicle sales increasing month on month, the dealership is looking for an energetic, driven Used Car Sales Executive who can keep pace in a fast-moving, high-pressure sales environment while maintaining outstanding customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy showroom where stock is moving, leads are flowing, and strong performers are rewarded.

 

The Role

  • Sell quality pre-owned vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers
  • Manage leads, enquiries, and walk-in clients professionally and efficiently
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain product knowledge and present vehicles with confidence and professionalism
  • Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure seamless deal completion

 

Requirements

  • Franchised motor dealership sales experience is essential
  • Proven track record in vehicle sales
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and excellent people skills
  • Stable employment history
  • Proof of sales performance required (commission sheets will be requested)
  • Valid driver’s licence

? Proof of performance will be required in the form of commission sheets.
