Systems Analyst / Administrator (Keyloop Specialist)

A growing motor group with multiple dealerships is looking for a Systems Analyst / Administrator who knows their way around Keyloop/CDK and thrives on keeping systems running smoothly behind the scenes. This isn’t just an “IT support” role — it’s about owning the dealership systems space, improving how things work, and making a real impact across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and maintaining the DMS, with a strong focus on Keyloop
• Building and customising reports that help the business make smarter decisions
• Supporting internal users and troubleshooting day-to-day system issues
• Rolling out updates and ensuring everything runs efficiently across departments
• Maintaining data integrity, system performance, and compliance
• Assisting with hardware and software setups when needed

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience with Keyloop/CDK (non-negotiable)
• Strong IT administration skills (networks, servers, systems)
• Experience working with DMS platforms and reporting tools
• A natural problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out
• Someone who communicates well with both tech and non-tech users
• Stable work history with contactable references
• Matric + valid driver’s license
