A large and reputable multi-franchise dealership in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead their aftersales department, with a key focus on Chinese vehicle brands.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who understands the dynamics of a busy workshop and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while driving profitability and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Valid driver’s licence
- Proven minimum 3 years experience as a Service Manager within a franchised dealership
- Strong knowledge and experience working with Chinese vehicle brands (highly advantageous)
- Solid understanding of workshop operations, warranty, and aftersales processes
- Proven track record of managing a high-performing team
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- A stable and gapless work history
