Matric Certificate
 A valid Drivers License
Technical Training (Highly advantageous)
 Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience (Premium Brand advantageous)
Above average customer service skills
 Exceptionally well groomed, presented and articulate
 Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
 Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties
Working knowledge of a DMS and full MS Office Suite
Be technically and sales inclined
 A stable work history
