**THIS POSITION REQUIRES MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE**
We’re looking for a confident and capable Service Advisor who has already built a solid foundation within a motor dealership and is ready to step into a more accountable, performance-driven role.
This is not an entry-level position. We require someone who understands the full-service process, can manage a customer from booking through to vehicle handover, and is comfortable working independently in a busy workshop environment. You should be confident handling job cards, communicating with technicians, managing client expectations, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Job Requirements
Matric
Valid Driver’s Licence
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in a motor dealership
Basic understanding of workshop processes and job card systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good administrative and organisational ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Computer literate (CDK, Keyloop, Evolve, Autoline etc. advantageous)
A stable work history and willingness to grow within the role
