We’re looking for an experienced Multibrand Service Advisor who is hands-on, people-focused, and genuinely passionate about providing exceptional service to both customers and colleagues. This opportunity is with one of our most prominent and well-established clients. A Service Advisor that would thrive in this environment is an energetic, customer-centric individual with a vibrant personality, with at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume or multi-brand dealership, has strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to work and should be confident managing a large daily workload and have working knowledge of Keyloop and IAL.
Job Requirements. 
 Matric Certificate 
 A valid Drivers License and own transport 
 Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised a high-volume or multi-brand dealership.
Above average customer service, problem solving and organisational skills
 Exceptionally well groomed and presented
 Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
 Have a clear understanding of franchised dealership Service Advisor duties
 Have working knowledge of Keyloop and IAL or a similar DMS 
 A stable work history
