Our client is an independent, busy little workshop with a loyal client base and a hands-on team, a place where “it’s not my job” simply doesn’t exist, and that’s exactly how they like it. They’re looking for a Service Advisor who can confidently juggle customers, paperwork, and workshop flow, all with a smile and a bit of grit. The ideal person will have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in an automotive workshop (Volvo or premium brand experience is a definite advantage) you’ll need a solid technical understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics, strong communication skills in both English and Afrikaans, great admin skills and computer literacy are a must, as is the ability to stay cool under pressure and manage multiple priorities at once. Above all, you must bring a professional, customer-focused attitude and a genuine team spirit to the job.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Technical Training (Highly advantageous)
Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience (Premium Brand advantageous)
Above average customer service skills
Exceptionally well groomed, presented and articulate
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties
Fully computer literate
Be technically inclined
A stable work history
