We are looking for a professional and dedicated individual with excellent customer service skills and a flair for sales to join a strong and tenacious team. Our client services the leisure vehicle rental industry with a predominantly international clientele, so they are looking for excellent communication skills, outstanding follow-up skills and the willingness to go above and beyond. To apply is absolutely essential that you have at least 18 months of Travel, Car Rental or Hospitality Industry experience and have an excellent command of the English Language. Fluency in German or a similar language is highly beneficial.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 18 months of experience in the Travel, Car Rental OR Hospitality Industry
A good command of the English Language (First or Second Language)
Fluency in German or a similar language is highly beneficial
Must be able to handle international clients (excellent telephone etiquette)
Must be able to handle conflict and be a good problem solver
Must have good sales ability
