We’re looking for an organised, proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join a large and rapidly growing motor group. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the person who keeps everyone accountable and ensures nothing slips through the cracks. In this role, you’ll sit at the centre of the recruitment process, making sure applications are handled efficiently and that managers stay on track throughout the hiring journey. What the role involves: Receiving and managing applications across a variety of dealership roles, screening CVs and identifying suitable candidates, and forwarding relevant applications to managers. A key part of the role will be following up with managers for feedback, coordinating and arranging interviews between candidates and management, assisting with the onboarding process for successful candidates, and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly from application through to placement. What we’re looking for: At least 1 year of recruitment experience and familiarity with motor dealership roles, which is highly advantageous; have strong Excel skills and general administrative ability, along with excellent communication and organisational skills. We are looking for someone persistent, meticulous and detail-oriented who keeps processes on track, with a thick skin and confident personality. You’ll need to be comfortable chasing managers for feedback and occasionally being a little firm (and yes, sometimes a bit naggy and reside close to the Milnerton area.
