*THIS POSITION REQUIRES MOTOR DEALERSHIP/SPECIALIST WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE*

An independent service and repair specialist, known for doing things right and standing firmly behind their team, is looking for a skilled, switched-on Technician to join their ranks. No gimmicks here, just real mechanical work, genuine support, and a workshop that values skill, pride, and professionalism. To apply, you’ll need a South African ID, at least 3 years of post-qualification Technician experience, and a strong background with premium brands, whether from a specialist workshop or a franchised dealership, Volvo factory or dealer training and additional certifications in diagnostics, electronics, or hybrid/electric systems is highly desired. You must be confident communicating in both English and Afrikaans, fluent in the language of cars and people, and fully understand what’s expected of a Technician working in a luxury brand environment. If you take pride in diagnosing with accuracy, fixing things properly the first time, and treating your craft with respect, you’ll fit right in.

Job Requirements

Motor Mechanics Certificate (Fully Qualified)

A valid Drivers License and own transport

Certifications in diagnostics, electronics, or hybrid/electric systems (Advantageous)

At least 3 years of RECENT Motor Vehicle Technician experience in a dealership or specialist environment (Volvo, premium or luxury brands are preferred)

Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Well-groomed and presented

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Competency with diagnostic tools and workshop systems

A solid track record

A stable and gapless work history
