*THIS POSITION REQUIRES AUTO BODY (PANEL SHOP) EXPERIENCE*
This leading Autobody group is the go-to destination for all things automotives, servicing Passenger Cars, Bakkies, SUVs, and Trucks. They’re looking to add a Qualified Diesel Technician to their high-performing team. To succeed in this role, you’ll need 3–5 years of recent, hands-on experience in a large, well-established Autobody repair environment, backed by a strong track record in diesel vehicle servicing. You should possess deep technical knowledge of diesel engines, the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues, and be confident working both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in diagnostic tools and diesel system software is essential, as are sharp analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding time management. Just as important is a positive, customer-focused attitude, ensuring that every vehicle leaving your care upholds the group's exceptional quality standards and reputation for excellence.
Job Requirements
Diesel Mechanics Certificate (Fully Qualified)
A valid Drivers License and own transport
At least 2 years of RECENT post qualification experience in a reputable workshop
Excellent fault finding diagnostic skills
Good Communication and reporting skills
Well-groomed and presented
A solid track record
A stable and gapless work history
