Our client is levelling up and is looking for a sharp, switched-on Project Coordinator / Administrator to help bring it to life. This is not just paperwork and phone calls. This is the control tower of a growing dealership network’s construction journey. What you’ll be responsible for, acting as the central liaison between contractors, suppliers, finance, and management, managing quotations, approvals, and all related documentation, tracking budgets and ensuring financial accuracy, coordinating timelines and following up to keep projects moving, maintaining organised records across spreadsheets and document systems, ensuring every detail is accounted for, signed off, and properly filed. To apply you will need a valid drivers license, at least 3 years in an administrative, coordination, or project support role, experience working with suppliers, contractors, or construction-related admin is advantageous, strong organisational skills and relentless follow-through, be comfortable working with financial documentation and budgets, have exceptional attention to detail, be a confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders and be proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets. A super hub doesn’t build itself. It takes precision, coordination, and someone who understands that behind every great structure is flawless administration. You’ll facilitate and streamline all administrative processes related to building and construction projects across the dealership network. In short, you’ll be the calm in the concrete storm.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
3+ years in an administrative, coordination, or project support role, experience working with suppliers, contractors, or construction
Excellent, admin, communication, computer and organisational skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders
A solid track record
A stable and gapless work history
