Our client, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a high-performing Payroll Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing, including new hires, terminations, earnings, deductions, perks, and contributions, using SAGE 300 People Payroll, ensuring full statutory compliance with PAYE, UIF, SDL, COIDA, BCEA, and MIBCO. You will reconcile payroll, maintain accurate employee records, prepare reports, assist with audits, support SETA/skills development compliance, handle payroll queries, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and administer employee rewards, vouchers, and internal HR communications. To apply, you must hold a Payroll Diploma, have at least 5 years of consecutive payroll experience, and possess extensive MIBCO experience, expert knowledge of SAGE 300 VIP, and proficiency in MS Office. Strong numerical and written communication skills, planning ability, confidentiality, integrity, a methodical work approach, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels are essential.
