Multi-Franchise Dealership | Fast-Paced Environment

A reputable and well-established multi-franchised motor dealership in Milnerton is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Executive to join their dynamic and results-driven Parts Department. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, target-driven parts professional who is confident working across counter, workshop, panel shop and telesales in a busy dealership environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Parts sales to counter customers, workshop and panel shop
  • Managing high-volume telesales enquiries and quotations
  • Accurate identification and supply of parts across multiple brands
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Building strong relationships with technicians, service advisors and repeat customers
  • Ensuring correct invoicing, picking slips and system updates
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times

 

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years Parts Sales experience within a franchised motor dealership
  • Proven exposure to:
    • Counter Sales
    • Workshop Sales
    • Panel Shop Sales
    • Tele Sales
  • A strong sales mindset with a consistent target-driven track record
  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to work under pressure
  • Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail

 

Advantageous Experience

The following will be highly beneficial:

  • Experience working on dealer management systems such as:
    • Keyloop / CDK / Drive
    • IAL
  • Exposure to multi-brand dealerships
