***THIS POSITION REQUIRES MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***
We’re searching for an experienced Multibrand Parts Manager who’s actively involved, people-focused, and truly passionate about delivering great service to both the team and customers for one of our biggest and more prominent clients. In this position, you’ll oversee the operations of multiple parts departments, ensuring each one runs seamlessly and efficiently. You’ll inspire and guide your team to deliver outstanding service, build and maintain strong supplier relationships, and keep inventory levels on point. Your mission is to drive performance, hit targets, and take each brand’s parts department to the next level.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate.
A valid Drivers License.
3+ years of Parts Management experience in a franchised motor dealership. (Multibrand preferred)
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Experience working with Keyloop and/or IAL
A hands-on approach to day-to-day operations.
Great leadership skills.
3 months commission sheets (MUST be sent with CV)
A stable and continuous work history
