We’re looking for a seasoned Parts Manager who knows how to build lasting relationships, foster a positive team culture, and create a seamless, enjoyable customer experience. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the parts department’s operations within a premium, fast-paced dealership environment. Your responsibilities will include inventory management, order processing, supplier coordination, and performance tracking, all with the goal of meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets, all while leading a dedicated team, championing exceptional service and teamwork, maintaining strong supplier partnerships and ensuring optimal stock levels at all times. Above all, you’ll uphold the dealership’s proud reputation and reinforce the brand’s luxury standard in every interaction.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate.
A valid Drivers License.
3+ years of Parts Management experience in a franchised motor dealership. (Premium Brand preferred)
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Experience working with Keyloop and/or IAL
A hands-on approach to day-to-day operations.
Great leadership skills.
3 months commission sheets (MUST be sent with CV)
A stable and continuous work history
