We’re on the hunt for the best of the best, the cream of the crop, the kind of Sales Manager who doesn’t just hit targets but sets them. Their Western Atlantic Seaboard branch is one of the busiest, and they’re looking for a New Car Sales Manager who can keep up with serious volume, lead from the front, and drive a team to consistent success. You’ll be managing a high-performing team selling 40–50 units a month, so this isn’t a role for the faint-hearted; they need someone hands-on, high-energy, and ready to push the limits of what a top dealership can achieve. Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Be currently working as a New Car Sales Manager
Have solid proof of your performance (commission sheets, stats, etc.)
Be managing a team of at least 5 strong salespeople in a high-volume environment
Have a proven track record of leading by example and smashing targets
Great problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
A stable work history
