Our client, a well-established motor dealership in the vibrant hub of the South, is searching for a fresh-thinking, dynamic leader for their new car floor. You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, boosting market share, and ensuring profitability, all while keeping a close eye on budgets, expenses, and performance and mentor and motivate a top-performing team, creating a winning culture that delivers results and keeps customers coming back, so in order to achieve this, you’ll need at least 3 years of experience in a motor dealership, ideally within a busy, high-volume environment, strong business acumen, financial insight, and exceptional leadership skills and the ability to uphold the stellar reputation of this respected motor group and brand name.

A valid Drivers License
3+ years of New Car Sales Management in a Motor Dealership
