An exciting opportunity has become available for a young, driven New Car Sales Manager to join a well-established dealership in Somerset West, forming part of a respected national motor group. The Role

  • Lead and manage the New Vehicle Sales Department
  • Drive monthly unit sales and profitability targets
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop a small, focused sales team
  • Manage leads, customer relationships, and the overall sales process
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and brand representation
  • Work closely with the Dealer Principal to grow the department

  • Proven experience in a franchised motor dealership environment
  • Currently in a senior sales role or junior management position, ready to step up
