A busy, high-performing multi-franchised dealership is looking for a driven New Car Sales Executive to join its growing sales team. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a young, ambitious, and experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced showroom, enjoys healthy competition, and consistently delivers strong results. The dealership represents multiple well-known brands and attracts a high volume of customers, making this an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson looking to take their career and earnings to the next level.

The Role

• Sell new vehicles across multiple brands within a busy dealership environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
• Manage leads, enquiries, and walk-in customers effectively
• Build strong relationships with new and repeat clients
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and professional presentation

Requirements

• Franchised motor dealership sales experience is essential
• Proven success in new vehicle sales
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure showroom
• Highly motivated, competitive, and target-driven
• Stable employment history
• Proof of sales performance required (commission sheets will be requested)
• Valid driver’s licence
