***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***

A modern, high-energy dealership, where hustle meets vibe, full of non-stop action, good people, and plenty of cars moving out the door, is looking for a Sales Admin Co-Ordinator to join the team and be the glue that holds the New and Used Car Sales Floors together. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the sales teams sharp and focused by making sure phones are answered and customers are given great service, ensuring deal files are complete and accurate, assisting with quote overflow, and handling cashier duties, follow up with customers to keep communication flowing smoothly and jump in with miscellaneous admin tasks as needed, basically, you’ll make the sales staff’s lives easier so they can do what they do best close deals and push units! We’re looking for someone with a valid drivers license, at least 1 year of Sales Admin experience in a franchised motor dealership, who has excellent computer literacy, organisational, and communication skills,  a proactive, can-do attitude, the ability to handle pressure with a smile, and a love for teamwork and a fast-paced environment.

A valid Drivers License
1 year of Sales Admin experience in a franchised dealership

Excellent, admin, communication, computer and organisational skills

Ability to multitask and handle a high pressure, fast-paced environment

Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)

A clear credit and criminal record
A stable and gapless work history
