Join a top-performing national motor dealership group as part of their Accounts Team at the bustling Cape Town Regional Hub. They are looking for a detail-driven and experienced Motor Dealership Creditors Clerk. In this role, you’ll be ensuring accurate and timeous processing of supplier invoices, reconciling creditor accounts, and preparing and executing payments, handling supplier queries, maintaining records, and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow. Beyond the numbers, this position calls for someone who delivers exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance, and enjoys being part of an energetic and strong team culture.

Job Requirements.
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License

2 Years RECENT Creditors experience in a franchised motor dealership (Non-Negotiable)

Working knowledge of Keyloop/CDK or similar DMS (Automate, Drive etc.)

Excellent numeracy and administrative skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
