We are looking for a Muslim Administrator to join a respected Islamic Volunteer Association and support the valuable work being done in the community. This multi-functional role is ideal for someone who genuinely appreciates the Islamic faith and enjoys contributing to an environment that serves and uplifts others. The role includes providing general administrative and office support, such as housekeeping, answering phones, welcoming visitors, responding to emails, data capturing, filing, assisting with debt collections and payments, stock management and reconciliation, running a mini shop, coordinating online classes and programs, managing a social media calendar, supporting communications and logistics, and occasional errands. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that works closely with the community while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a practicing Muslim, have some administrative or corporate office experience, be proficient in Google Workspace and Canva, have basic financial record-keeping experience, and experience managing social media accounts, be able to travel easily to the City Centre and Southern Suburbs, be willing to work flexible hours if required, and holding a valid driver’s licence would be advantageous. Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License (Advantageous)
At least 1 year of admin and accounts experience in a corporate environment
Fully computer literate - Google Workspace, Canva and managing social media accounts
Fully fluent in English (Written and verbal)
Exceptional coordination, planning and admin skills
Well groomed and neatly presented
Willing to work flexible hours
Stable work history
