A leading multi-franchised automotive dealership is seeking an experienced and results-driven Service Manager to lead and optimise its aftersales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving service department performance across multiple OEM brands, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sustainable profitability.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A Valid Drivers License
Proven minimum 3 years experience as a Service Manager within a franchised dealership- a multi-franchise would be an advantage
Strong understanding of OEM processes, warranty administration, and service KPIs
Working knowledge of Automotive DMS - Keyloop/CDK/Drive would be an advantage
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-focused skills
Sound financial and operational acumen
Ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced environment
Relevant automotive qualification (advantageous)
A stable and gapless work history
