A premier international trucking dealership, with a strong global presence, is looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Fleet Maintenance Contract Administrator to join their Aftersales team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of fleet maintenance contracts, from analysing truck applications and duty cycles to preparing accurate quotations and tailored cost-per-kilometre proposals. You will draft formal contracts, track key milestones, authorise repairs within contract limits, and ensure compliance with internal policies while monitoring dealer and workshop adherence. You will also liaise with the appointed funder to manage contract funds, submit drawdowns, provide reconciliations, and generate insightful reports on contract performance, profitability, and claim trends. Supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives will form part of your responsibilities, along with handling ad hoc requests from the Aftersales department. What we’re looking for: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a commercial vehicle environment, Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), confident, proactive, and solution-oriented and a team player with the ability to anticipate requirements and challenges

5+ years of Fleet Maintenance Contract experience in a commercial vehicle environment
Fully computer literate
Fully fluent in English (Written and verbal)
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
