We are seeking a Financial Business Partner (CA) to join a dynamic and forward-thinking, and growing organisation in Cape Town.  This position involves providing strategic financial insights and guidance to senior management to drive business performance, developing and analysing financial models, forecasts, and budgets, collaborating with various departments to optimise financial processes and improve efficiency and identifying key financial risks and opportunities, ensuring business objectives align with financial strategy. You will also be preparing and presenting detailed financial reports, variance analysis and assisting in the implementation of best financial practices to enhance business growth.

Job Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable).

A Valid Drivers License

Minimum 5 years of post-articles experience in financial management, business partnering, or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

High level of proficiency in financial reporting systems and ERP software.
