**THIS POSITION REQUIRES MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE**

We’re looking for a high-performing, fully qualified F&I Business Manager who knows how to close deals, stay compliant, and maximise every opportunity in a high-volume dealership environment. If you understand that F&I is both a science and an art — and consistently deliver results — this role is for you.

Job Requirements
Matric
Valid Driver’s Licence
Proven experience as an F&I Business Manager in a motor dealership
Fully FAIS & FICA compliant with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
Valid DOFA (non-negotiable)
Up-to-date CPD hours (essential for compliance)
Relevant RE5 qualification
NCA Accredited
Experience with in-house systems (Seriti, Dealernet, Signio, etc.)
Proven track record of achieving targets and maximising F&I penetration
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
