**THIS POSITION REQUIRES MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE**
We’re looking for a detail-driven and organised F&I Assistant to support a busy, high-performing finance and insurance department within a motor dealership environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the deal process, and who can confidently support the F&I Manager in ensuring smooth, compliant, and timely deal finalisation.
You’ll play a key role behind the scenes — ensuring documentation is correct, deadlines are met, and deals are processed without delays. If you thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment and take pride in getting the details right, this opportunity is for you.
Job Requirements
Matric
Valid Driver’s Licence
Previous experience in a motor dealership (F&I/Admin support role advantageous)
Basic understanding of F&I processes and documentation
Knowledge of FAIS and FICA requirements (advantageous)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate (MS Office, Dealernet, Seriti etc. advantageous)
