We are looking for a proactive Filing Administrator to be the go-to person for managing all branch records. You will maintain and organize rental agreements, insurance documents, driver licenses, vehicle inspection reports, and incident files, while accurately entering, updating, and verifying customer and vehicle records in our system, you’ll also ensure that sensitive information is kept secure and that the branch complies with company policies and data protection regulations, you’ll support branch management and operational teams, while looking for ways to improve filing processes and contribute to our digital document management initiatives. We’re looking for someone with proven administrative or filing experience, ideally in a customer-focused environment, who has a high attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
