F&I Business Manager
*THIS POSITION REQUIRED FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*
Join a well-established motor group representing a booming, in-demand brand. These vehicles are flying off the showroom floor! Our client is looking for a fully qualified and experienced F&I Business Manager who can work independently and take full ownership of the role. You’ll be responsible for driving VAP sales across both financed and cash deals, consistently delivering strong APU and high-value second gross results. To be considered, you’ll need at least 3 years of F&I experience within a franchised dealership, an up-to-date F&I Compliance, be a motivated team player with a passion for performance and have a solid track record, and contactable references.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
Fully qualified F&I Business Manager, with current CPD hours.
RE and NCA Accredited
A Valid Drivers License
At least 3 years of F&I experience in a franchised motor dealership
Working knowledge of Signio, Seriti or similar and a DMS.
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to think on your feet.
A stable work history with reliable and contactable references.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a positive, energetic demeanour.
