Our client, representing one of South Africa’s most established and proudly local automotive brands, is looking for a qualified F&I Business Manager to join their team. We’re looking for someone who’s confident, professional, and understands the importance of balancing compliance with sales momentum. You’ll be responsible for both the new and used vehicle sales floors, with a particular focus on APUs, so a sharp commercial instinct and the ability to “talk sales” are key. To be considered, you must be a fully qualified F&I, and our client will require proof of your accreditation. You should have at least 2 years of experience working as an F&I in a franchised dealership, be capable of working independently, and have a solid grasp of all financial and insurance processes. They’re looking for someone who’s not only meticulous and ethical, but also approachable, team-oriented, and committed to creating a positive customer experience while driving profitability.

Job Requirements

Matric Certificate

Fully qualified F&I Business Manager, with current CPD hours.

RE and NCA Accredited

A Valid Drivers License

At least 2 years of F&I experience in a franchised motor dealership

Working knowledge of Signio, Seriti or similar and a DMS.

Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to think on your feet.

A stable work history with reliable and contactable references.

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a positive, energetic demeanour.
