Our client, a leading global trucking company, is on the lookout for a sharp, well-spoken, and experienced Export Sales Coordinator to join their highly busy team. What You’ll Be Owning; Coordinate all export movements and ensure timely delivery of trucks, provide seamless administrative support to the sales team, monitor and report on sales performance and market trends across regions, manage accounts and stock, supporting the Delivery department, compile and distribute accurate export sales reports and work closely with logistics to guarantee smooth operations, thus you will need; A valid code 10 Driver License, Qualification in Sales Management, a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Administration within the automotive or logistics sector, strong experience with SADC exports and truck deliveries, be fully fluent in English (written & verbal), proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data manipulation and reporting, coupled with a solid understanding of Incoterms, exceptional time management, coordination, and admin skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
