Our client is part of one of the leading Motor Groups in the Western Cape, representing a brand known for its toughness, reliability, and strong following in rural communities. It’s a brand that’s easy to stand behind, trusted, ever-growing in popularity, and built to last. They’re looking for a Car Sales Executive who can do more than just move metal, but someone who truly connects with the brand, understands their Overberg customers, and knows how to build lasting relationships. To apply, you’ll need at least 2 years of vehicle sales experience within a franchised dealership, fluency in both Afrikaans and English, and a natural ability to turn every interaction into an opportunity. Strong people skills, solid negotiation ability, and a mix of motivation, initiative, and integrity are essential to succeed in this role.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 2 years of Car Sales experience at a franchised dealership (selling bakkies and SUVs preferred)
A full understanding of the vehicle sales procedure and current market trends
Have an active online presence (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
Excellent customer service skills
Impeccably well groomed and presented
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
A stable and continuous work history
