A well-established multi-franchise motor dealership is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Costing & Warranty Clerk to join their busy service department. If you have strong administrative skills and experience working across multiple vehicle brands, this is a great opportunity to be part of a professional and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately cost job cards in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Process warranty claims across various brands
- Ensure all supporting documentation is complete and compliant
- Liaise with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers regarding claims
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding warranty submissions and approvals
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submissions
- Assist with general service department administration
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Previous experience as a Costing & Warranty Clerk within a motor dealership
- Exposure to multiple vehicle brands (multi-franchise experience highly advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of warranty processes and costing procedures
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy (dealer management systems advantageous)
