We are looking for a driven and detail focused Commercial Export Coordinator to take ownership of vehicle movement and cross border logistics processes. As a Commercial Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all vehicle movements from dispatch to delivery, resolving logistical issues quickly and effectively, reconciling, processing, and filing PODs accurately, preparing and presenting reports on logistical operations, updating internal teams on truck delivery schedules, monitoring and managing fuel usage, and performing all administrative functions related to cross border documentation. To apply you will need a Code 10 drivers license,  a Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (Experience within the automotive or logistics industry) a strong understanding of Incoterms and export requirements, high attention to detail and strong organisational skills, confident, proactive and solutions driven approach, team player with strong communication skills, ability to read and write in English. Job Requirements
Matric Certificate

A Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics

A valid code 10 Drivers License

2–5years of experience within the automotive or logistics industry

Fully proficient in the MS Office Suite

Fully fluent in English & Afrikaans (Written and verbal)

Strong organisational skills, confident, proactive and solutions driven approach to tasks

Stable work history
