Job Requirements
Matric
Valid Driver’s Licence
Working knowledge of inhouse systems (CDK, Keyloop, Evolve, Pinnacle etc.)
Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealership environment
Certified / trained – you know your stuff
Natural communicator – in person, on the phone, under pressure
Professional, with a clear understanding that customer experience = business success
