*THIS POSITION REQUIRES RECENT CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE*
This well-established car rental company, recognised for its extensive fleet, flexible rental options, and nationwide service network, is a leading provider in the South African rental market. They are currently seeking a fresh Branch Supervisor to join one of their East Rand branches. In this hands-on role, you will support daily operations by managing staff, resolving issues as they arise, overseeing shift rosters, and handling key administrative tasks. You need to be someone who can think on their feet, work independently, and drive both performance and exceptional customer service. To apply, you must have a Matric certificate, a valid South African Drivers License, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior operations role within an established car rental branch, strong interpersonal and team coordination skills, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently, have solid computer literacy; experience with WheelSys is a plus. A proactive attitude and a willingness to step in wherever needed is key. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this position presents an excellent opportunity to take the next step to a more senior role in the car rental industry.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 2 years of RECENT experience in a supervisory or senior operations role within an established car rental branch
Excellent leadership and customer service skills
A good financial Acumen
Computer Literate (WheelSys system – Advantageous)
Strong command of the English Language (Verbal & Written)
Ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently
Good leadership qualities
Must be extremely well groomed
Must be able to work shifts/ work flexible hours
