As a Car Rental Agent, you’ll be the friendly face behind every smooth rental experience. From handling bookings and finalising rental agreements to handing over the keys and checking vehicles back in, you’ll be involved in every step of the rental process. Your day-to-day will include conducting precise vehicle checks and damage inspections, confidently engaging with customers to offer helpful, solution-driven service, and driving additional revenue through the upselling of products and services. It’s a fast-paced, multitasking environment where attention to detail and time management are key. To apply for this role, you’ll need a Matric certificate, a valid South African drivers license, and at least 1 year of face-to-face customer service, customer support or sales experience, with car rental experience being ideal. Familiarity with rental or fleet systems like WheelSys is advantageous, but quick learners with strong computer skills are welcome too. Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 1 year of RECENT Car Rental Agent Experience/face -to-face customer service, customer support or sales experience
Excellent customer service skills
Computer Literate (WheelSys system – Advantageous)
Strong command of the English Language (Verbal & Written)
Must be extremely well groomed
Must be able to multi-task and handle problems efficiently
Must be able to work shifts
