***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***

Our client, a cluster of franchised motor dealerships on the Western Atlantic Seaboard, is looking for an eager and bright Assistant F&I Business Manager to join their team. This is not a sales position; you will not be selling yet, but rather taking responsibility for the administrative backbone of the F&I department, ensuring every deal is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time while learning the ropes. The role involves handling large volumes of administrative work with precision and speed, collecting and processing documentation from clients, completing finance and insurance applications, and ensuring all supporting paperwork is correct. You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining fully compliant deal files, as well as following up with salespeople to obtain any outstanding documents promptly. To apply for this role, you will need a Matric Certificate, a valid drivers license, and previous experience working in a franchised motor dealership. You should already be working towards your F&I qualifications, possess above-average administrative and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and have a stern and assertive, yet friendly personality and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This role is the perfect stepping stone for someone serious about building a career in Finance & Insurance, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic dealership environment.

Job Requirements.

Proof of working on getting F & I Qualifications
A valid Drivers License
Proven experience in a franchised dealership

Above average admin and communication skills  
Exceptionally well groomed and presented
Fluent in English & Afrikaans, both verbal and written
Good computer skills and ability to pick up new pc programs quickly
A stable work history
