An exciting, newly created position has become available for an Assistant F&I Business Manager to join the Used Car Sales Floor of a high-volume dealership. In this role, you will work closely with the F&I Business Manager, assisting with all aspects of the finance and insurance process while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across transactions. We are looking for a candidate who holds a relevant F&I qualification (or is close to completing it), with strong administrative and organisational abilities, excellent attention to detail, who has a stern yet friendly personality, someone who can assert themselves confidently while maintaining a professional rapport with customers and colleagues and should be diligent, structured, and able to perform well under pressure.

This is a unique hybrid opportunity, starting with a three-month in-dealership learning period, after which remote working will be introduced.

Job Requirements

Matric Certificate

Fully qualified F&I Business Manager or Proof that you are close to getting F&I Qualifications
A valid Drivers License
Proven experience in a franchised dealership working under supervision

Above average admin and communication skills  
Exceptionally well groomed and presented
Fluent in English & Afrikaans, both verbal and written
Good computer skills and ability to pick up new pc programs quickly

A general understanding of F & I duties in a franchised motor dealership
A stable work history
Contactable references
