This well-established independent business, renowned for specialising in premium vehicles, is all about creating an exceptional and memorable experience for every customer who walks through the door. To continue delivering on this promise, we’re looking for an Aftersales Consultant who is bubbly, well-spoken, and highly organised, someone who can turn great service into lasting relationships. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face that greets customers and the reliable point of contact that ensures their vehicles are in good hands. You’ll be responsible for assessing service needs, scheduling jobs, managing workflow, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion. Along the way, you’ll provide accurate estimates, explain repairs clearly, keep customers updated, and most importantly, make sure they leave completely satisfied. To apply, you should have at least 3 years of similar experience in a dealership or reputable autobody repair centre, along with a solid grasp of basic vehicle knowledge and strong computer skills. A customer-focused mindset is non-negotiable, and your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Afrikaans and stay organised will set you apart.
Job Requirements.
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
3 + years of Service Advisor experience in a dealership or autobody repair shop environment
Above average customer service and upselling skills
Exceptionally well groomed and presented
Fluent in English & Afrikaans, both verbal and written
Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties
Good computer skills and ability to pick up new pc programs quickly
A stable work history
