We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring rigorous quality control of completed tasks. This role involves supporting technicians with technical challenges and diagnostics, monitoring productivity, workflow, and turnaround times, and maintaining high service standards and exemplary customer service within a well-established aftermarket workshop. The ideal candidate will be a technically proficient leader, adept at managing the workshop floor while actively participating in diagnostics, repairs, and team collaboration.

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate + Trade Test
A valid Driver’s License
Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
Reliable and contactable references
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an aftermarket workshop Manager
Strong technical knowledge across multiple vehicle brands
Ability to lead, support and mentor technicians
Comfortable being hands-on
Strong workshop coordination and job allocation skills
Clear criminal record, sober habits
